How applying works

  2. 02Your Workloom accountSign in with the account you use for Workloom or University, or make one with your email.
  3. 03ApplyTell us about your work. We check what the programme needs: your website, tax details, certificates, and for agencies a verified business.
  4. 04A person decidesUsually within 2 working days. We email you either way, and once you’re approved the programme opens in your portal.

The basics, on every programme

One account, every programmeJoin as many as fit. Payout and tax details are set once and shared, and one payout pays them all.
Payouts on the 5thLast month’s earnings are proposed on the 5th and each payment is approved by a person. USD or INR, by bank transfer.
Certificates anyone can verifyOperators certify on Workloom University. If a certificate lapses, the directory changes the same day.
Credit that’s fairOne commission stream per customer. Whoever brought the customer keeps the referral term; an agency’s share starts after it ends.

What people ask first

Can I join more than one programme?

Yes. One account holds every programme you’re approved for, with one set of payout and tax details and one payout each month.

When and how am I paid?

A month’s earnings are proposed on the 5th of the next month and approved one payment at a time, then paid by bank transfer in USD or INR at the exchange rate on the day the payment is booked. A balance under $300 or ₹25,000 carries forward to the next month.

Do I need a certificate?

Weavers need the Workloom Certified Operator certificate, and agencies need two certified operators on the team. Referral partners, founder programmes and creators don’t. Certificates are earned on Workloom University.

How long does a referral count?

A workspace that signs up with your code, or within 90 days of following your link, is yours. You earn 50% of its first month, then 10% for the next 11 months.

What if an agency also works with a customer I referred?

Each customer has one commission stream. You keep your referral term; the agency’s 20% starts when it ends.
